we watched "district 9" over the weekend and before i watched the video you posted, i had NO clue what it was about. :) excellent, thought-provoking movie, btw!
One of my coworkers saw "District 9" at the Alamo Drafthouse and reports that they screened this short ahead of the film, along with a trailer for "Alien Nation" (a film which explores similar themes).
